bird walk V9

Autumn is considered to be the most colourful season of the year. We will discover its colours and appearance in the park in Rusovce and nearby floodplain forest. Various species of woodpeckers thrive in the growth of old trees next to the manor-house from 17th century. Smaller trees and bushes use to hide tits, Robins or Chaffinches. Beside the old park we will visit Ostrovné lúčky Nature Reserve. In the wetlands of floodplain forest we will try to find Water Rails, Herons and Kingfishers. Let’s find out if it will be nice autumn day or we will do the birdwatching in an English style – in rain and fog in an autumnally beautiful old English park.
