bird walk V3
End of the March is the time when we are awaiting the return of Barn Swallows. According to our experience Hrušovská zdrž water reservoir in the surroundings of Čunovo and Rusovce is the great place to spot first arriving birds in Slovakia. We will have an opportunity to observe ducks, grebes, herons and we hope that first Barn Swallows will appear too. In nearby forest we will try to find first Blackcaps and Chiffchaffs. More curious participants may find signs of beaver occurrence or flyover of a Jay. We are looking forward to your attendance!
